Refund policy

UP TO 14 DAYS EASY RETURN

As a customer of www.gulnaaz.com, you are entitled to a full cancellation and exchange within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided the item is unused and returned in its original packaging. All items must be returned with original tags intact (must not be broken or torn off). Products that have been exposed to perfume, makeup, smoke odor, or animal hair cannot be returned.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for the return postage yourself.

  • If you request a return label from us, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • If your order was shipped with free shipping, a $50 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund since this cost is directly paid to our shipping partner.

  • If you are returning the product because you do not like it, we will refund the purchase amount minus the original shipping cost.

Once we receive the item, we will contact you and process the refund.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Customized products/made-to-order items are non-refundable and cannot be returned as they specifically made in custom size. If you have received a defective product or if there are any issues with your custom order, please reach out to our Customer Care team at WhatsApp +45 51 91 85 94.


HOW SHOULD I RETURN THE GOOD?

You should return the goods to the following return address:

  • Customers must send the parcel at their own cost.

  • If you request a return label from us, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the item reaches us safely. We recommend sending it via a tracked postal service for security.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging they arrived in.

  • Contact your local post office for shipping details.


HOW DO I RETURN A GOOD?

You can exchange your item for another item, size, or color.

  • You pay for return shipping, but Gulnaaz Fashion will cover the shipping cost of sending a new item to you.

  • The item must arrive in the same condition as you received it.

  • Check our webshop to confirm stock availability before requesting an exchange.

  • Email info@gulnaaz.com with the subject "Exchange + (your invoice number)" and mention the item you want to trade. We will hold your desired item to ensure it is not sold out.


I WANT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT A GOOD

If you receive a defective product, please notify us immediately.

  • Email info@gulnaaz.com with details of the defect as soon as you discover it.

  • When returning a defective product, provide as much detail as possible about the issue.

  • If the complaint is justified, we will offer a replacement product comparable to your original purchase.

🔹 If the new product is cheaper, we do not refund the price difference but issue a receivable amount.
🔹 If the new product is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference.

To ensure a smooth process, we recommend carefully checking your product before lodging a complaint.
