BUSINESS CONDITIONS FOR USING WWW.GULNAAZ.COM
These conditions only apply to agreements between www.gulnaaz.com and consumers (as defined in section 3 (1) of the Consumer Agreement Act). If you are a trader, any agreement between you and gulnaaz.com is different. You can only buy items at www.gulnaaz.com if you accept these terms and conditions. When ordering, you always have the right to read and accept the applicable terms and to print the terms if you wish. You are encouraged to read these terms of sale and delivery thoroughly and familiarize yourself with the obligations and rights that the terms entail for you. Including a special opportunity to return products ordered on our website www.gulnaaz.com.
You can safely and securely pay by debit card at www.gulnaaz.com. We accept all common cards such as Visa and MasterCard, MobilePay, or PayPal. Your purchase is then handled by either PensoPay or PayPal. Therefore, Gulnaaz Fashion does not have access to your card information. As a customer, you payment will not be withdrawn from your bank account until we have either sent your item(s) or have been collected by you from our physical store. You will receive one confirmation per email when your purchase has gone through. This typically happens 2 minutes after the purchase has been completed.
We accept payment with Anyday. (Only applies to Danish Customers)
The amount will only be deducted from your card when the item is shipped.
When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment is deducted when the item is shipped. Then you will pay your monthly installments on the last weekday for three months onwards, beginning from next month.
No fees and interest will be charged for your purchase if you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will terminate automatically.

Delivery within 1-2 business days is very normal at www.gulnaaz.com. We ship all orders with Post Denmark, GLS or DAO including Track & Trace, so you can always track your package. You will typically receive a message when your package is ready for pickup or has been delivered to your address. However, if you do not have the option to pick up your package, do not worry. You usually have up to 2 weeks to pick up the item. Remember ID with photo ID if you need to pick up the post office. For more information contact our support at firstname.lastname@example.org

HOW SHOULD I RETURN THE GOOD?
You should return the goods to the following return address: Gulnaaz Fashion, Vesterbrogade 163, 1800 Frederiksberg C. Please note that you pay for postage yourself to return the item to us. It is your responsibility that the item returns to us - we therefore recommend that you send it with a receipt so that the parcel can be tracked on the postal service. Send the item back in the original packaging in which the item arrived. Contact your local post office for more information.
HOW DO I RETURN A GOOD?
You can swap your item for another item, size, or color. You pay yourself to send the item back to us, but at Gulnaaz Fashion we even pay the postage for sending a new item to you. It is your responsibility that the item arrives to us in the same condition as you received it. Remember to check our webshop if the item you want to exchange is in stock and send us an email at email@example.com with the subject "Exchange + (your invoice number)". Write which item you want to trade in and we can put your desired item to the side to make sure it is not sold out.
I WANT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT A GOOD
You have 24 months warranty. However, please note that your complaint is not justified if the product has NOT been used properly or with unacceptable use. If the error is NOT caused by improper use or normal wear and tear, you can return the item to us and the manufacturer will decide whether the item will be repaired, replaced, or refunded. It may take up to 2 weeks for your treatment to be completed. If you find defects or defects in your product, you should immediately advertise and let us know. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org about the defect or defect of your item as soon as you discover it. When you return a product, state as much detail as possible about the problem. If the complaint is justified, we offer a receivable that is comparable to your previous product. If the new product is cheaper, we do not refund the price difference, but give a receivable amount. If your product is more expensive, you pay the difference. Of course, in order to satisfy you as a customer, we recommend that you pay attention to your complaint errors.
