You can swap your item for another item, size, or color. You pay yourself to send the item back to us, but at Gulnaaz Fashion we even pay the postage for sending a new item to you. It is your responsibility that the item arrives to us in the same condition as you received it. Remember to check our webshop if the item you want to exchange is in stock and send us an email at with the subject "Exchange + (your invoice number)". Write which item you want to trade in and we can put your desired item to the side to make sure it is not sold out.


You have 24 months warranty. However, please note that your complaint is not justified if the product has NOT been used properly or with unacceptable use.
